    one of my favorite piano gems that I only revisit when Im blue.

    It's gained a distinct and familiar feel for me since I found it 6 years ago as it's just stained with years of down moments and memories.

    Still, it's nice to notice the changes subtly after each visit

    Whenever I get in those moods, I tend to get pretty lethargic because it's tiring.

    This song is from a kids show, sure, but it's very well done.  The extended version tends to put me to sleep.

    Otherwise, sometimes György Ligeti is nice, like 'Lux Aeterna'.  It's good background music, also helps me sleep.

    That's the common denominator, really - Relaxing.

    I mostly just do music with deep tones to drone out the sorrow thoughts when I need breaks from them.

    Hard to think bad thoughts when it's harder to think in general.
